In a bid to leverage its strengths in the new age millennium, the Abee group has promoted a Software company - Abeesoft Technologies Limited, which will develop Educational Software to be sold online through its own Educational portal, which is in the advanced stage of implementation. For the same, Abeesoft Technologies Limited plans an IPO at the appropriate time, in which shareholders of Abee Info-Consumables will be given a preferential allotment. 

All in all, the Abee group is set to expand and consolidate at a frantic pace to be in tune with the fast changing needs of the customer.
